Job Description SummaryImmediately available opportunity for an AP/AR professional to join our team based in the Melbourne CBD.
Job DescriptionAbout the roleReporting to the Accounts Receivable/ Payable Manager you will be responsible for generating the receivables invoices and billings and recording the receipt of the payment
to clear the outstanding arrears.
You will play a key role within the Finance team in the PSC and help to ensure that all corporate and client invoices are
raised, and corresponding receivables are processed within deadlines and in compliance with all relevant regulations.- Downloading bank statements daily. Coding and receipting for all payments for C&W client bank accounts, identifying unknown receipts and escalating these deposits to the relevant team for investigation. Reporting and following up on unidentified payments with internal teams and clients.- Generating AR invoice charges based on the following format:Manual Invoice RequestsTenant Recharge BillingRecurring & Off Cycle Revenue Rent Rolls- Monthly and Adhoc Reporting of Statement of Accounts.- Ensure compliance with internal control structuresAbout YouLike our best performers, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
