CAV (Connected Audio Visual) is a leading Australian Distributor of multiple 12volt products. Due to our continued success and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development / Account Manager for the Victoria / Tasmania region. We are a rapidly growing business specialising in Dash Cameras and Car & Marine Audio. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an existing customer base and expand the new business in a variety of market segments. About the role Playing a key part in the success and growth of CAV, you will have the ability to display your knowledge of the automotive market. Working autonomously and supported by an experienced team, you will have the opportunity to maintain an existing client base whilst using your selling skills to grow and develop new accounts. Permanent full-time position Excellent salary package + Incentives Fully maintained vehicle Laptop, phone & tools of the trade Duties and responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. Develop and maintain a plan with your customers aided by our CRM. Manage your own territory as if it is your own business. Work to targets and KPI's. Identify and track new business opportunities with a high level of conversion. The ability to work remotely whilst maintaining key relationships. This role requires regular travel to manage your territory effectively. Skills and experience Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in the automotive industry managing customers, preferably B2B or currently working as a Store Manager in the Automotive Sector looking to take the next step in your career. The ability to convert new customers and identify further opportunities with existing customers. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport internally and externally. Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Australian citizens or permanent residents only are eligible for this position. Automotive product sales experience is essential. A minimum of 1 year automotive product sales experience in B2B environments is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
