Assistant Call Centre Manager- Home Services | Miranda | 80K + Super Uplift Recruitment Miranda, NSW A$80,000 p/a + Super Call Centre & Customer Service → Management & Support On‑site Posted 1 day ago Our client is seeking a capable, calm and systems‑savvy 2IC to assist the Call Centre Manager, someone who can keep a high‑volume customer service team running smoothly, especially during peak season. What You Will Do Manage queues, coverage, breaks and daily huddles Support the customer service team with escalations, complaints, warranty cases and follow‑through Monitor dashboards, CRM activity, case progress and lead flow Delegate tasks, keep cases moving and step in before issues stall Work closely with our Philippines admin team via a local supervisor This is a hands‑on operational leadership role involving coaching, coordination and problem‑solving. What We Are Looking For Non‑negotiables : Experience in a busy call centre or high‑volume customer service environment Strong escalation and problem‑solving skills Confidence using multiple CRM and cloud telephony systems Calm, accountable and team‑focused approach Nice to have but not essential: Salesforce, Vonage, MYOB, SMS tools Open to a strong step‑up candidate who has acted as the go‑to senior on the floor Home improvement or home services call centres The Environment Team of 4, growing to 5–7 Busy season from August to April with fast‑paced, high call volumes Quieter winters focused on admin, cases and follow‑ups KPIs include answer rates, abandoned calls, case progress, adherence and lead management Hours and Location Onsite in Miranda Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm during daylight savings, 9am to 5pm outside of daylight savings Occasional after‑hours involvement only for urgent escalations, which is rare.
