The Opportunity Working within the Real Estate Credit Finance Division Sales team in VIC, the Relationship Manager – Desk Bound will work alongside the VIC State BDM team, to sell one of the broadest mortgage product suites available in today’s market. Key elements of this role will be to maintain La Trobe Financial’s existing clients, and establish new relationships introduced through accredited national aggregator groups & mortgage brokers. Key Responsibilities Maintaining and growing an already successful third-party mortgage broker network for residential and commercial mortgages Manage a portfolio of brokers and aggregator groups to achieve set targets, enhance existing relationships and further build portfolio Communicating the benefits and advantages of La Trobe Financial’s broad product range Promoting La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrating La Trobe Financial’s corporate values at all times Attending Professional Development Days Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Ensuring effective resolution of complaints Achieve sales targets through growth About You The successful applicant will possess relationship management experience within the banking industry as well as a ‘can do’ attitude.
