We are looking for an operator to fit into our existing team to run our main praline depositing line in our world class manufacturing facility: Position Details Day shift position: 7am-3:06pm Monday – Friday Main Duties Operation of state of the art chocolate moulding line, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings and tempering chocolate Be responsible for end‑to‑end machine operations, ensuring quality control and GMP guidelines are met Organise packing staff at end of belt packing Follow set recipes and methods to create chocolates Mix/blending of ingredients to make fillings ready for depositing Follow a production schedule Heavy lifting up to 25kg Clean down of machinery and line changeover Paperwork and traceability Stock ordering Required Qualifications and Skills A background in a manufacturing environment, ideally food & FMCG Technical & mechanical minded Take great pride in your work Ability to keep your work area clean and tidy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Quick learning attitude Problem solving skills Ability to work as part of a team Strict attention to detail and quality standards with the ability to adhere to Food Safety policies and standards. We have the highest level BRC accreditation Can do attitude Punctual and reliable history Only candidates with unrestricted rights to work in Australia will be considered for this position.
