About the Role We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide practical, responsive HR support to leaders and employees in a fast‑paced, complex environment. Reporting to a HR Business Partner and supported by the Workplace Relations team, you will play a key role in ensuring managers are equipped to handle people processes effectively. This role requires someone who can balance advisory expertise with administrative excellence, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a structured HR team. You’ll also gain exposure to workforce initiatives, including the implementation of a new integrated HRIS next year. Key responsibilities Providing accurate, practical HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle. Supporting leaders with interpreting and applying industrial instruments, enterprise agreements, policies, and legislation. Managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR administrative processes. Assisting with employee relations matters and HR projects, including workforce planning and organisational development. Maintaining HRIS data and contributing to process and system improvement initiatives. About You – Essential To succeed in this role, you must bring: Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering in a complex or highly regulated environment (public health, government, education, or similar). Strong knowledge of industrial instruments and enterprise agreements. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure without compromising quality. Capability to provide both administrative support and practical, solutions‑focused HR advice. Comfort and confidence working collaboratively within a structured HR team, supporting leaders and employees effectively. What’s on Offer Salary circa $100k + super (approx. $110k total package including salary packaging, additional annual leave, and ADOs).
