You will ensure construction activities are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Day to day you will:* Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.* Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.* Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.* Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations.* Alignment with our values of **Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership*** Adopting and driving **Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.**To be successful in this role you will have similar experience within civil construction working on civil infrastructure projects. You will have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
