About Goodstart West Kempsey: Our community-focused Goodstart West Kempsey centre of 76-place , located conveniently over the railway line in West Kempsey, seeks a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. We proudly acknowledge the Dunghutti People as the Traditional Custodians of the land and are committed to reconciliation, with a published Reconciliation Action Plan on the Narragunnawali platform. Work alongside with 3 educators and 1 Inclusion Support Worker in a room of 20 children . Dedicated weekly programming time of 2.5 hours to craft innovative, engaging programs for your young learners in our modern staff/programming room. Enjoy having a Rostered Day Off (RDO) and experience having a work-life balance. Rotating roster every 3 months as an Early Childhood Teacher between 7am – 6pm .
