About the Role Join to apply for the Early Childhood Educator | Babies Room role at Treetop Early Learning . We would love to welcome Early Childhood Educators to our beautiful team at Treetop, Pascoe Vale We are looking for a passionate superstar to support our teams in the under‑3s on a full‑time basis. We are specifically looking for our babies room. We are a multi‑level centre with 8 rooms. Downstairs, our rooms are all for the under‑3s. We also have our Sala and kitchen area. Our Sala provides an opportunity for our families to meet and have coffees and breakfast with the children and each other. The Sala space is also for our children to have all their meals during the day together in a social dining area. We love the community we are building through this beautiful space. We are fortunate to have wonderful educators supporting each other in the room. We offer a collaborative workplace, where we share in planning, share ideas and all support each other in the day‑to‑day running of the room. How You Can Support Us Share in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with our play‑based curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child. Provide meaningful learning experiences that focus on the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students. Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive learning community. Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents. Support the development of a safe, respectful, and fun classroom culture. Treetop Early Learning is situated on Gaffney Street, Pascoe Vale. Our beautiful centre provides a nurturing environment for our children & families inspired by the renowned Reggio Emilia approach. At Treetop, we believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child. Our passionate educators create engaging experiences tailored to each child's unique interests and developmental needs. With a focus on play‑based learning and hands‑on exploration, we encourage children to discover the world around them while building essential skills for life. We focus on our connections to communicate and provide more opportunities to build stronger relationships with the children and families. Qualifications Early Childhood Qualification / Cert III or Diploma in Children Services Working with Children’s Check (Employee) We require 40hrs a week with RDO, therefore full working rights is needed. Mandatory Reporting First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate / Sunsmart Certificate Food Safety Supervisors Certificate / Food Allergen Course completed.
