Lead Educator-Babies Room Join to apply for the role at Treetop Early Learning 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants About Us We would love to welcome an Early Childhood Lead Educator to run our beautiful team in the Babies room at Treetop, Pascoe Vale If you have had 3yrs plus as an educator or have already been a Room Leader, then this is an exciting new opportunity We do require experience as you will be expected to lead, mentor and work closely with your team. We are a multi level centre with 8 rooms. Downstairs, our rooms are all for the under 3's and upstairs, we have our 3-5yr old rooms and our beautiful Atelier. You will work closely with our Enrichment team who run our Arts and Sports programs We have a strong, friendly and approachable management team who love to work alongside the team at Pascoe Vale. We are fortunate to have wonderful educators supporting each other in the room. We offer a collaborative workplace, where we share in planning, share ideas and all support each other in the day to day running of the room. Our Sala provides an opportunity for our families to meet and have coffees and breakfast with the children and each other. The Sala space is also for our children to have all their meals during the day together in a social dining area. We love the community we are building through this beautiful space. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child. Provide meaningful learning experiences that focus on the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students. Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to create a collaborative and supportive learning community. Monitor and assess the progress of each child and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents. Support the development of a safe, respectful, and fun classroom culture. Qualifications Early Childhood Qualification / Cert III or Diploma in Children Services Working with Children's Check (Employee) Mandatory Reporting First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Red Nose Safe Sleep Certificate / Sunsmart Certificate Food Safety Supervisors Certificate / Food Allergen Course completed.
