Receptionists - Casual

We’re looking for a casual pool of receptionists to join our friendly team across our NSW clinics. If you enjoy helping people, keeping things organised and bringing good energy to the workplace, this is a great fit. We’re open to applicants who are studying allied health, including psychology students keen to gain real experience in a supportive clinic environment while working in an admin role. There will be 1 or 2 fixed days per week plus additional shifts to cover leave. The Role Greeting clients and helping create a warm, welcoming environment Taking payments and processing invoices Preparing and collecting client paperwork Supporting clinicians with day to day admin tasks Medicare claiming and fee processing through our client management system Managing incoming and outgoing emails Keeping the clinic tidy, organised and running smoothly Liaising with GPs, schools and other professionals What We’re Looking For Someone who is friendly and brings good energy to the clinic, gets along well with others, and is positive, approachable, and easy to communicate with. Reliable and organised Confident with a computer and Microsoft Office Comfortable interacting with families and children Able to work independently once trained Flexible with availability across 1 or 2 regular days plus extra days as needed Experience in NDIS, Medicare or previous reception work will be highly regarded but not essential if you’re quick to learn and have a great attitude The Benefits Supportive team Friendly workplace culture Ongoing training Beautiful clinic environments Requirements Ability to obtain a WWCC and NDIS Worker Check (we can help) About Beam Health Beam Health supports children, youth and families through assessment, therapy and intervention.
