Join usJob Description:GCIB Credit is a front line business unit working closely with relationship managers and other product partners to help our clients grow by delivering integrated financing and credit product solutions. It is responsible for end to end execution of deals including credit underwriting, documentation, negotiation, structuring and ongoing portfolio management for corporate and financial institution clients.ResponsibilitiesInterpret financial statements and review due diligence materialsPrepare insightful credit papers for new requests and ongoing credit actionsPerform ongoing monitoring of clients and information flow associated with the portfolioIdentify and escalate emerging risksAssist with review of legal documentationUnderstand and apply internal policy, procedures and regulatory requirementsUp to (5) years of experience in banking and finance or related fieldAbility to analyse financial statements, conduct due diligence and prepare credit proposalsStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships across the bankProactive - takes initiative and demonstrates ownershipDemonstrates intellectual curiosity and is focused on continuous learning and skill buildingImportant notice:You are now leaving Bank of America
