TOM Executive Recruitment have been retained by a leading Australian funds management business specialising in responsible entity, trustee, corporate trust and custody services to find a Head of Trustee Services. This is a senior role where you will have the ability to implement and develop your own strategy. Based in the CBD and reporting to the Head of Corporate Trustee Services this is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of 15 in a highly profitable and growing business. The Role As Head of Trustee Services, you will lead the trustee team, ensuring the highest standards of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You will oversee people development, develop client relationships, and play a key role in shaping the strategic direction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the trustee services team, ensuring efficient and compliant operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and SLA’s. Drive process improvements and innovation within trustee services. Provide strategic input to senior leadership on risk, governance, and business development. Qualifications To be successful in your application you will have extensive people management experience including as a leader of leaders. You will have experience of managing client expectations from a service perspective. You will have been working within the funds management industry and have a very good knowledge of the operational and regulatory requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
