Join our Aviation Cleaning team at Mackay Airport. Trident Services is hiring a Full‑time Aviation Cleaner to maintain a clean and safe environment for passengers and staff. Whether you’re new to the field or looking to grow your skills, we offer on‑the‑job training and a supportive workplace. Key Responsibilities Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets Emptying rubbish and recycling bins Operating cleaning equipment General cleaning tasks: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning spills Ensuring cleanliness throughout the airport for a positive customer experience Essential Requirements Pass a Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessments Obtain an ASIC (Criminal History Clearance) Hold an unrestricted Driver’s License and have access to a reliable vehicle Available to work a Sunday to Thursday roster Strong work ethic and punctuality Skills & Experience High presentation and cleanliness standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic disposition Previous supervisory experience highly regarded About You Team player who enjoys working with others Strong customer engagement skills and a positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic airport environment Detail‑oriented and committed to workplace health and safety Open to learning and growing in the cleaning industry Why Work with Trident?
