About The Opportunity Permanent full-time role. As a Marketing Executive – Brand Experience, you will play a hybrid role supporting both the brand and events streams within the Marketing team, contributing to cohesive brand experiences across all key customer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Design collaboration and asset production: brief in-house design team for brand assets; complete minor creative tasks using PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop. Event management: Own Melbourne’s internal event space end-to-end, manage bookings, vendor coordination, on‑day support; assist events team with national events. GTM & campaign support: Assist executing go‑to‑market plans for brand, product, trade initiatives; create and refine campaign content like videos and case studies. Photography & video production: Brief, copywrite, storyboard photography and video projects; coordinate logistics and approvals. Administration: Coordinate email invites, run sheets, itineraries, post‑event communications, budget tracking, invoice processing. Qualifications & Skills 2–4 years of professional marketing experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams). Strong soft skills – strategic thinking, clear communication, collaboration, adaptability, attention to brand consistency. Excellent time- and task-management skills.
