Performance Executive - Marketing Specialist Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description Division Summary: We're one of the leading digital paid media agencies in both Australia and the region. As well as employing extremely smart people, we have a separate data and analytics team to help drive outstanding results for our clients. We are a Google Premier Partner (have been since its inception), a prior finalist and winner for Google Honour's agency of the year and are partners with Meta, Bing, TikTok, etc. We run campaigns across multiple channels - paid search, paid social, BVOD, programmatic display, video, etc. We’re an independent digital marketing agency. Our clients are spread across AU and NZ and include well‑known global brands as well as less known local brands. We can confidently say our clients are pleased with the results we achieve because most of our new business wins come via client referrals. What’s on Offer 25 days’ holiday Flexible working options (WFH and working hours) Company‑funded external training Half day Fridays in the summer months (one a month) Role Summary As a Performance Executive, you’ll be responsible for the implementation and account management across your client allocation for paid channels like Google Ads, Meta and display. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Building and implementing marketing strategies that deliver performance across your clients Ensure all work that is sent to the client is accurate and of a high quality Manage and communicate effectively with clients Manage publishers and ensure they deliver on time, to budget and to target Ensure timely delivery of reports, attend WIPs and QBRs Remain up to date with the latest changes, products, tactics across platforms Implement agreed strategies Attend WIPs, QBRs and ensure timely delivery of reports Mandatory Requirements Relevant Bachelor degree or higher At least 1 – 2 years of experience in similar roles Excellent working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta and other advertising platforms Great working knowledge of Analytics platforms like Google Analytics Client services experience (agency background is an advantage) Expert level at PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel Attention to detail and results orientated Great communicator Nice to Have's Working on well‑known and complex brands If you're keen to build your career, have a say in the way your working day is structured and work on clients whose focus is digital, let’s chat #J-18808-Ljbffr
