Head of Consumer Performance Risk & Executive Office Job No: Location: Sydney - Inner Suburbs & CBD, Brisbane - Inner Suburbs & CBD Permanent Full Time Insurance Pay Band 8 Reporting to the Chief Executive Consumer Insurance this strategic leadership role oversees the CPREO function. You’ll guide strategy development, enable execution, uplift risk maturity and deliver performance insights that support Consumer Insurance’s strategic objectives. What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of Consumer Insurance strategy ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities. Oversee performance reporting, data analytics and governance to enable strategic decision‑making. Drive risk maturity uplift and ensure clarity of ownership across the Risk Operating Model. Manage executive office deliverables including Board and CEO reporting, secretariat responsibilities and strategic planning forums. Represent Consumer Insurance in regulatory and industry engagements ensuring alignment with future‑state requirements. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the portfolio. What You’ll Bring Extensive experience in Financial Services with deep commercial and strategic expertise. Proven leadership across large‑scale strategy, risk and performance functions. Expertise in data‑driven decision‑making and risk appetite alignment. Strong stakeholder engagement across ELT, regulators and industry bodies.
