Riding for the Disabled Volunteers Side Walkers and Horse Leaders Riding for the Disabled Bendigo requires Volunteers to assist with their programs. Programs are varied – from work in the arena learning control, commands to the horse, listening skills. We play games involving stopping, starting, stretching – we work on core strength where needed. We also have an activity course and do trail rides within our grounds, completing our tasks in a calm, enjoyable environment. We have fun Category: Community Services Commitment: Regular – more than 6 months Type of Work: Disability Support Time Required: 8:30am to 2:00pm fortnightly on Wednesdays during school terms.
