Position Overview As our Operations Manager - Property (internally Property Manager – Operations), you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Hawkesbury Village, delivering exceptional experiences for residents and ensuring the property runs smoothly. This hands‑on leadership role spans all aspects of property management, including resident engagement, occupancy performance, and key administrative functions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and foster a vibrant, thriving community. Key Responsibilities Lead property operations while enhancing resident satisfaction and streamlining administration. Maximise occupancy and budgets with a keen focus on performance and efficiency. Build strong partnerships with university stakeholders and key external partners. Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence across two dynamic sites – Hawkesbury & Nirimba Village. Ensure full compliance with safety standards and legislative requirements.
