Partner In Your Care (PIYC) – Blacktown NSW Partner In Your Care (PIYC) Service is a community‑based disability service provider registered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Partner In Your Care provides a range of services to people with psychosocial disability, supporting daily activities and community participation. These services enable clients to feel more inclusive, self‑dependent, and to participate within society. About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Accommodation Manager with a strong work ethic to manage the staff roster, provide care, and support clients in Group Homes and Community Participants throughout the Sydney Region . Reporting to the Operations and Service Manager, this role closely oversees client plans to create an empowering and enabling environment for people with disabilities and maximises opportunities for the attainment of personal goals and lifestyles. You will be responsible for leading the accommodation of allocated services and area. Through effective leadership, this role will support staff to meet the needs outlined and provide active support. Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day operations in relation to participants and staff within the PIYC accommodations. Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies, processes and procedures to meet the NDIS Practice Standards and all regulatory and legislative requirements. Rostering support workers on shifts for all participants living at the accommodations. Provide management and direct supervision of staff reporting to the position, including regular check‑ins and development opportunities. Understand each individual participant’s needs to ensure a roster of care that provides trained staff who meet those needs. Support the implementation and training of client‑specific plans for participants living in the accommodations, such as Behaviour Support, Manual Handling and Medication Administration. Foster and embed a culture of continuous improvement, active support and help maximise positive client outcomes. Ensure timely provision of all mandatory reporting to meet the requirements of the Service Manager and Operations Manager. Ensure housing properties are maintained to appropriate standards. May be required to provide direct care as the need arises. About you Relevant qualifications in Disability/Aged Care or similar hands‑on experience. Experience with NDIS is desirable. Rostering experience. Ability to liaise effectively with internal team members, participants, families, community groups and external agencies. Reliable and honest approach to work. Maintains a positive attitude and solution‑focused approach to all aspects of work. A current First Aid & CPR Certificate. A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC. Must commit full time to PIYC. Must have a valid Australian driver’s license. The right to work in Australia. Salary & Benefits Annual Leave and Travel Allowance.
