Our client, a global leader in their field and are looking for an experienced HR Assistant for a temporary contract in the Silverwater area Close to Public Transport Competitive Hourly Rate Ongoing Training Key responsibilities: Provide support to employees at all levels on HR-related matters and issues Ensure the efficient and effective end-to-end implementation of HR processes Organise and implement workplace programs and events Ensure employee compliance with company policies and procedures Monitor employee work attendance, leave-taking, and other absences Monitor employment legislations and align company policies and procedures as and when required Assist in the implementation of special HR projects and monitor key milestones achieved Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation is properly reviewed and updated as and when necessary Monitor and ensure employee compliance to company policies and procedures by providing guidance and responding to queries. Essential skills required: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to think out of the box when managing issues and problem solving Must be resourceful and takes initiatives Excellent inter-personal and engagement skills Team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision Proven experience in the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Certificate in an HR course will be an advantage How to Apply If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in, make sure to APPLY today.
