Reporting directly to our Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our people and business by managing core HR functions and contributing to global initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as the key HR contact for operation, providing guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters. Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and performance discussions. Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications to promote a positive work culture. Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies. Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance data. Supervise HR assistant in coordinating and monitoring learning & development programs, tracking participation and maintaining training records. Collaborate with Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely updates on employee movements, benefits, and entitlements. Participate in HR projects, policy enhancements, and process improvement initiatives as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all HR operations. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines with 3+ years relevant experience or better. Knowledge of Hospitality awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks. Enjoy working as a team while works well independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Having worked in the hospitality or retail sector is a plus. Immediate Available is preferrable. This is a permanent full-time position, candidate must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
