With expansive grounds, the resort includes 83 newly renovated hotel rooms and apartments, as well as a restaurant and bar, renowned bakery, and general store. We’re looking for a fully trade‑qualified Baker to ensure the continued production of the island's popular quality baked goods. This a permanent full‑time opportunity, reporting to our Head Chef and working up to 76 hours per fortnight. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a remote location and will be able to relocate into the staff accommodation at the resort.
