It’s a 50‑50 role – half on the warehouse floor, half on systems and process improvement. You will lead the team, get on the forklift, pick and pack orders, and take client calls to solve logistical challenges. About the Role As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless logistics, team leadership, and client management. Team Leadership – Manage and mentor a small warehouse team (6–7 people) while working alongside them. Picking, Packing & Dispatch – Actively handle warehouse operations, ensuring orders go out correctly and on time. Container Unloading & Stock Handling – Get involved in the physical movement of goods when required. Forklift Operation – Operate counterbalance and high‑reach forklifts confidently and efficiently. Process Optimization – Drive smarter, faster, cost‑effective warehouse operations while maintaining quality and safety. Inventory Control – Monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure shipments meet customer demands on time. Customer‑Centric Approach – Work directly with clients, answer queries, and ensure they receive top‑level service. Be the Face of Trident – Engage with clients daily to deliver high‑quality 3PL services and strengthen relationships. What You’ll Need to Succeed 2+ years of experience in warehousing & logistics. Forklift License (Counterbalance & High Reach). WMS & Microsoft Office skills.
