Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Daily banking and allocation of receipts. Process debtor payments, invoices, and credit notes. Upload invoices to portal systems. Conduct credit checks and set up new customers. Prepare and send end-of-month statements. Investigate and resolve receivable issues. Accounts Payable High-volume processing of invoices and matching to purchase orders. Cost and code invoices, allocating costs to jobs/projects. Schedule and process weekly and monthly payments. Perform supplier statement reconciliations. Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding accounts payable matters. General Duties Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all transactions. Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external parties ( Support a safe working environment and adhere to HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) standards. Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating where necessary. Support a team learning environment and contribute to continuous improvement.
