Building Maintenance Officer

Some of the duties you will be responsible for are inspections of all site buildings, monitoring the building maintenance system, liaising and coordinating with internal clients and undertaking procurement of goods and services. A strong customer focus and an ability to undertake hands‑on maintenance tasks combined with flexibility are key skills we are looking for to fill this role within our Building Maintenance Team. As the community continues to grow, this opportunity will allow you to grow with it Qualifications Trade qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in Building Maintenance operations Demonstrated project management skills and experience including the ability to write sound technical reports with logical presentation Ability to review processes and procedures applied to improve service delivery Broad understanding of relevant Acts and legislation pertaining to building/construction work Demonstrated ability to apply EEO, WHS and Risk Management, ethical practice principles and to act with probity Knowledge and experience in the operation of a broad range of construction and power tools Knowledge of trades skills Knowledge and experience in building automation systems Knowledge and experience in building maintenance related software Further Information Wayne Gallagher, Team Leader Building Services on 3*** Closing Date for above position 01/12/2025 Position Title Building Maintenance Officer Work Type Permanent Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
