Flexibility to WFH and our brand new Barangaroo office Supportive team with career development opportunities Join a Certified B Corp and one of the World's Most Ethical Companies About the role We’re looking for a dynamic Credit Operations Team Manager to lead our Credit Assessment teams and ensure exceptional service delivery across our retail and third-party distribution network. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee daily operations, coach and motivate your team, and drive superior member experiences. You’ll balance operational efficiency with compliance, ensuring every credit decision is accurate, timely, and aligned with our values and regulatory framework. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the Credit Assessment team, ensuring competency, efficiency, and service excellence. Manage workforce planning including forecasting, scheduling, and rostering to meet KPIs and service levels. Make compliant credit decisions within your Delegated Lending Authority, aligned with policy and legislation. Evaluate collateral security to ensure adequate coverage for credit facilities. Oversee loan documentation preparation and issuance within required timeframes. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process and policy enhancements. Manage HR responsibilities including recruitment, performance appraisals, training, and disciplinary actions. Promote strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally (solicitors, LMI providers, CoreLogic). Own risk and compliance by applying the Three Lines of Defence model and ensuring timely reporting of incidents.
