We are opening expressions of interest for the role of Drainage Supervisor / Leading Hand within our Civil Team. This role is critical in ensuring drainage and stormwater works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate drainage crews on civil construction and earthworks projects. Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure works are completed accurately. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Manage plant, equipment, and materials effectively to meet project requirements. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones. Mentor and support team members, promoting a positive and productive work culture. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in drainage. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and drainage systems. Ability to read and interpret plans and set out works. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams. A proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Current driver’s licence and White Card (essential). Relevant tickets (e.g., Excavator, Confined Spaces, First Aid) highly regarded. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
