About the Role Reporting to senior management, you will oversee daily club activities across catering, bar, gaming and events. Hands‑on leadership is key to delivering top‑notch service, motivating staff and ensuring smooth, compliant operations in our lively environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day club operations, including bar, gaming and events for excellent member experiences Lead and coach staff, delegate tasks and foster a customer‑focused team culture Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, policies and procedures while engaging members and guests What You’ll Bring Proven supervisory or management experience in hospitality or clubs Strong customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills RSA & RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain) and solid computer literacy Flexible availability for weekends and late nights, with a hands‑on, motivated approach Why Join Us At Club on East, enjoy attractive pay, ongoing training, a flexible roster and the chance to thrive in a fun, engaging team.
