Manager Housing, Facilities and Project Management Office Join our team as Manager, Housing, Facilities & Project Management Office Competitive Salary: Starting at $118,265 per annum. Based: Alice Springs. Term Type: Full-Time Fixed-Term until June 30, 2028. Benefits: Annual Leave: 6 weeks with 17.5% leave loading. Reduced Days Off: 3.51 hours each pay period for 76 hours worked. Christmas Shutdown Gifted Leave: 3 days between Christmas and New Year. Personal Leave: 12 days paid personal/carers leave annually. Cultural & Ceremonial Leave: 10 days paid leave for cultural and religious obligations. Parental Leave: 8 weeks primary caregiver, 2 weeks non-primary caregiver. Study Leave: Up to 15 days to support professional development. NAIDOC Public Holiday: Additional holiday to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Who We’re Looking For: Are you an experienced Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment? Do you love being the go‑to person for leading Housing, Facilities and Project Management functions under the Council Services Directorate? If so, we’d love to hear from you. To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need: Extensive experience managing complex projects, housing portfolios, or facility programs. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Housing, Construction, Engineering, or related field. Experience in budget development, contract management and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience working in or with remote Indigenous communities. Ability to obtain and maintain a NT Working with Children (Ochre) card. Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check. Adaptable, collaborative and passionate about making a difference. Ready to Apply?
