Assistant Property Valuer – Retail Valuations Location Brisbane, Queensland, Australia (Land of the Turrbal people) Job type Full‑time, property graduate (2024 or 2025) The Opportunity Work with our specialist retail valuations team towards CPV certification. Collaborate with directors in a high‑performing retail valuations business. Participate in all stages of valuation and consultancy work, from preliminary research and property inspections to client marketing, data compilation, sales/leasing analysis, and the preparation of quality valuation reports. Serve a diverse client base including major institutions, banks, corporates, and developers across Queensland, covering assets such as convenience centres, neighbourhood centres, sub‑regional centres, regional centres, super‑regional centres, Bunnings, large‑format retail centres, quick‑service retail (fast food), and service stations.
