We’d like to hear from you Responsibilities Collaborative Course Design Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-create inclusive, engaging, and accessible course content across all delivery modes. Curriculum and Standards Alignment Ensure alignment of learning outcomes, activities, and assessments with AQF levels, institutional frameworks, and national standards. Learning Experience Development Build modular course structures and interactive learning assets using educational technologies and design tools. Pedagogical Consistency and Innovation Apply design frameworks and educational research to support consistent, evidence-based, and innovative teaching practices. Technology and Compliance Use LMS and edtech tools to deliver content that meets accessibility, copyright, and quality standards. Assessment Design Partner with academic staff to design authentic, scaffolded, and integrity-focused assessments aligned to learning outcomes. Essential Qualifications and Experience Postgraduate Degree in learning design, education technology, or a related discipline. Experience designing and developing curriculum in higher education. Experience with online and blended learning pedagogies. Skills in using and developing in LMS platforms (preferably Moodle). Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), educators, and compliance teams Strong written and verbal communication skills for instructional writing and stakeholder engagement Skill in evaluating learning effectiveness using data and learner feedback Adaptability to evolving technologies and pedagogical trends Desirable Skills Experience working in a course innovation team Familiarity with learning analytics, micro-credentials, or competency-based design Multimedia production skills (video editing, graphic design, etc.) What we can offer We offer careers across our global operations We recognise and reward.
