Key Responsibilities Design and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, tutorials, practical classes, workshops, and assessments Undertake unit coordination Provide student support and academic guidance Conduct high-quality research aligned with the Discipline’s research focus, including publishing and funding applications (role-dependent) Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, professional bodies, government agencies (ACT & Commonwealth), and community groups to support the initiatives of the Discipline, School, and Faculty Eligibility Requirements Completion of a PhD in Psychology, or equivalent Demonstrated advanced knowledge, skills and experience in teaching at the tertiary education level, especially in psychology High level interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and establish effective relationships with staff, students and professional stakeholders If you're a team player with a strong passion for education and research and meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you Benefits and conditions Academic Level B, Salary Range $113,674 pa - $134,633 pa + 17% Super Full Time, Continuing Opportunity Flexible working arrangements Family-friendly policies On campus Gym, Medical services, Cafes, Post office, Supermarket and Childcare facilities Professional Development offerings (study assistance, corporate programs and discounts) Innovative work environment with a diverse and inclusive culture Access to Employee Assistance Program and a corporate private Health Plan (Bupa) What we need from you To be considered for this position, we require your Resume and a cover letter explaining what skills you would bring to the role; no additional documents are necessary.
