Requirements About The Role We’re currently seeking experienced Underground Grader Operators to join well-established small vein mining operation in Costerfield Victoria. You'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining underground roads and cutting effective drainage systems to keep operations running smoothly. Operate graders safely and efficiently in an underground environment Support general underground infrastructure as required Operate grader equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with mine site standards and procedures Conduct daily pre‑start checks and routine maintenance on grader equipment Identify and report hazards, defects, and maintenance requirements promptly Work collaboratively with other operators and supervisors to meet production and safety targets Contribute to a positive team culture focused on safety, respect, and continuous improvement Operating the water cart Managing dust‑suppression sprays About You Someone who is safety‑conscious, takes pride in their work, has good awareness underground, and can manage their day and week with minimal guidance. Proven Experience operating grader is essential Underground mining experience is required Preference will be given to candidates residing in Central Victoria Must hold a valid manual driver’s licence Must have full working rights in Australia The Deal 9 day fortnight 10 hr shifts day shift only Onsite Physiotherapy Employee Assistance Program Free Ambulance cover Annual Health and Wellbeing allowance Salary Continuance, death and TPD Insurance Novated Leasing options for vehicles The Process Early applications are encouraged as shortlisting will commence immediately.
