Operations Support – Equipment Hire – Admin Response Hire Operations Support – Equipment Hire Location: Perth, WA Industry: Earthmoving & Equipment Hire Company: Response Hire Pty Ltd About the Business Response Hire is a Perth-based equipment hire company supplying excavators, track loaders, attachments, and transport services to the construction industry. This role supports the core operations of the business and works closely with the yard, drivers, and customers. Who This Role Is For This role is specifically suited to : Ex experienced excavator or machinery operators who are highly confident using computers and systems, or Admin or office staff with prior experience in equipment hire, rental, logistics, or construction support roles If you understand machinery and can confidently use booking systems, email, and spreadsheets, this role may suit you well. About the Role You will assist with machinery bookings, scheduling, and day‑to‑day operational problem‑solving in a consistently moving construction environment. This is not a junior office role and not a reception position . Key Responsibilities Hire Operations Take and manage hire bookings for excavators address, track loaders, and attachments Confirm machine and attachment suitability for job requirements Explain hire terms, delivery rules, and site requirements Scheduling & Support Assist with delivery and collection planning Liaise with drivers, yard staff, and customers < visitar delays, or site issues Hire Control Track hire periods, extensions, and equipment returns Allocate ανε attachments correctly Maintain accurate hire records Invoicing Support Raise invoices once equipment is returned Ensure all hire, delivery, and attachment charges are captured Provide accurate information to accounts department.
