Your Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Development Engineer to join our Innovation Team here at B&D Group. This role is pivotal in driving product development, engineering support, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance B&D Group’s business development, profitability, competitiveness, and sustainability practices. As a Product Development Engineer, you will design and develop new products, components, manufacturing systems, implement engineering support measures along with improving on the current product range through continuous improvement. You will join a stable, innovative team that look to challenge the industry and take pride in their quality of work.
