Position Summary The Sales Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the custom home building journey—from initial inquiry through to contract signing. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, customer service, industry knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex building processes in a clear and personable manner. The ideal candidate is passionate about property and thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to new client enquiries and qualify leads for suitability. Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, vision, and budget. Present and promote Aliya Homes’ design options, inclusions, and build process. Prepare and present custom home proposals and preliminary estimates. Liaise with drafting, estimating, and construction teams to deliver accurate quotes and feasibility advice. Maintain CRM with updated client records, follow‑ups, and status updates. Manage the sales process from lead generation to signed building contract. Attend site visits, display homes, and relevant industry events as required. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey. Key Requirements Proven experience in new home or custom home sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred). Strong understanding of residential construction, design, and council/DA processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer‑centric mindset with a genuine desire to help clients. High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work weekends and after‑hours appointments when necessary. A current driver’s license and own reliable transport. Desirable Qualities Experience with luxury or architectural custom homes. Background in real estate, building design, or construction. Strong local market knowledge and network within the home building industry. What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission structure.
