Your Opportunity As a Senior Consultant (specialising in Workday HCM) in our Workday Practice, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and internal initiatives. You will be responsible for: Leading Workday module(s) through the full implementation lifecycle, including: Facilitating and leading client design workshops Using your Workday knowledge to help clients land their design Managing the configuration of your module(s), including configuring yourself, and managing offshore resources who support you Taking module(s) through testing and then to successful deployment Driving your own professional development by taking opportunities to participate in training and by learning from senior leaders. Your Experience Proven track record of successful delivery on Workday HCM implementations. Active Workday HCM certification(s). Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritise to meet deadlines and manage expectations where there are conflicting demands. Strategic critical thinker, with an aptitude for using that skill to solve complex problems and plan for the future. Teambuilding experience and skills, with a passion for conducting your best work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team around you to collaborate, share ideas, and learn together.
