Head of Investor Relations (AU) DroneShield (ASX : DRO) is a leader in counter-drone technology, growing from a $25 million market cap at listing in to 2.5bn today. This new senior role reports directly to the CEO and works closely with the CFO and executive team. About the Role This position is based in our Sydney headquarters and will lead engagement with our 30,000+ shareholders, present at earnings calls, liaise with ASX, build media strategy, and collaborate with external advisors. The role is fully hybrid with international travel. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Develop and execute the investor relations strategy Engage with and communicate to the global shareholder base Organise and present at earnings update calls and investor events Collaboration with ASX and corporate governance teams Coordinate financial media strategy with the Government Relations Director and external media adviser Provide support for the executive team via resource access to internal teams and external advisors Qualifications, Experience and Skills Years tier-1 experience in capital markets, including ECM and / or IR Australian experience is essential Degree in commerce, law or related field Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Self-motivation, responsibility and operational discipline Current residence in Australia with unrestricted working rights Hybrid flexibility and willingness to travel internationally for investor conferences and roadshows Seniority Level: Executive Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Finance and Sales Industries: Defense and Space Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at DroneShield by 2x.
