Passionate About Content Communications Are you contemplating your next move in the world of Content Creation in a Public Relations Agency as Content Director? Our award-winning team would love to meet you. Do you have experience in the creation and delivery of strategy‑led, integrated, compelling and results‑driven content, a passion for social, digital, influencer and content that connects? History Will Be Kind, part of the Deepend Group, operates at the crossroads of PR, social media and digital communications. Based in Sydney, individuals will work as a key member of the History Will Be Kind team. This role will focus on the strategic design, management and implementation of communications and content development strategies to engage media/influencers, grow audiences, awareness, affinity and generate positive sentiment across the brands worked on. To be successful you will first and foremost be a thinker. This will include thinking creatively, pro‑actively and analytically to help create and implement high‑impact, content‑driven, innovative programmes that harness the power of storytelling, across platforms and devices. You will also be a strong contributor, working closely with a diverse range of clients, creators and in‑house social/digital experts and strategists to develop solutions at the crossroads of communications. We're looking for new members of the integrated Group team; eclectic characters to contribute to our warm and sometimes, let's face it, completely mad family. Clients we are making history with include Etihad Airways, Uber, International Convention Centre Sydney, Webjet ANZ, Hilton Hotels, McGrath Foundation and Little Moons. Who are you? You have an innate understanding of strategic content creation across social, digital, influencer and other platforms. You have a drive to consistently push the boundaries and generate stand out results A track record of selling and delivering strategic content You have effective communication skills You are a strategic & creative thinking and experienced Director You have a love of social and a passion for great stories You are a self‑starter, pro‑active about finding solutions You have a passion for new business You are naturally curious, highly adaptable and a critical thinker You are educated in a relevant discipline 5‑10 years experience in Agency Content Creation Salary packages will range from $120,000‑$160,000 p.a, based on level and experience across the Account Manager and Account Director levels. Flexible working arrangements are available. Salary packages include superannuation and will be prorated to reflect engagements of less the 5 days per week. If the above sounds like you, let's chat.
