All positions require the ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English , and standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm . Rate: $33-35/hr Salary: $65208 - $69160 The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role supports the financial operations of KA Aged Care by assisting with reporting, reconciliations, payroll support, and daily accounting tasks. You will work alongside our senior accountant to ensure accurate financial management and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing monthly financial statements and reports Support audit, compliance, and statutory reporting processes Enter and maintain accurate financial data Process invoices, receipts, and payments Assist with payroll preparation and staff reimbursement requests Conduct account reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation Monitor budget expenditure and assist with financial analysis Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and workflows Support month-end processes and reporting timelines Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Assist with general administrative duties related to the finance department Perform other ad hoc accounting tasks as required Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Previous experience in financial/statutory reporting desirable Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Good organisational and time-management skills Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to learn Experience with MYOB, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar accounting systems Strong communication skills in both Korean and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
