Business Administrator – Maternity Leave Cover Aquatic Leisure Technologies is a proudly WA-owned and operated business with a long-standing reputation for quality, safety and customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Administrator to provide maternity leave cover within our Jadan Landscapes team. This is a busy, hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction-style environment where no two days are the same. The position is based at our Head Office in Jandakot and reports directly to the Jadan Business Manager. The role is responsible for the planning, scheduling and administrative coordination of landscaping and pool renovation projects across the Perth metropolitan area. You will work closely with the Operations team and Installation Supervisors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, timeframes are maintained and customer expectations are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the live project schedule, coordinating employees and contractors for upcoming works, preparing forward schedules for landscaping, renovation and warranty activities, and liaising with the Procurement team to ensure materials and equipment are ordered and supplied in a timely manner. The role also requires accurate record keeping and general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow and planning processes. To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in scheduling, coordination or a similar administrative position, ideally within construction, trades, manufacturing, landscaping or project-based environments. You will demonstrate strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems, excellent written and verbal communication, a high level of organisation and attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
