What You’ll Do Guide your area to achieve operational targets in growth, retention, clinical outcomes and financial performance. Lead and coach Team Leaders to drive performance, collaboration and continuous improvement. Analyse data and performance dashboards to inform strategy and decision‑making. Identify business development opportunities and build referral partnerships across the region. Champion a strong culture of engagement, development and clinical excellence. Strong stakeholder engagement and business development skills. AHPRA or SPA registration (if a practising clinician). Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
