Position Summary Senior Consultant – CyberCX (Cyber Security Strategy & Consulting) reporting to the Senior Manager / Principal / Director – Strategy & Consulting (region), the Senior Consultant engages with customers to solve complex cyber security problems, protect their future, and empower them to thrive in an uncertain world. The role requires an experienced cyber security professional capable of leading client meetings and producing high-quality deliverables with minimal supervision. The Senior Consultant also uses business acumen to identify new opportunities and supports business-development activities including proposals and presentations. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery activities with client stakeholders to inform deliverables and shape client outcomes Support the development of cyber security strategies and solutions to protect clients and their customers Facilitate cyber security awareness among client leadership teams Produce high-quality proposals, reports and presentations for senior client stakeholders Manage client expectations, communicate effectively and develop professional relationships with clients Prepare clients for critical cyber security incidents through strategic direction Actively collaborate across CyberCX and continuously look for ways to add value Facilitate communication, partnerships and cross-pollination across the business to better engage and service customers Meet individual financial objectives and utilisation Advise clients on longer-term strategic goals and cyber security investment Preferred Qualifications, Experience & Skills Bachelor's or master's degree in cyber security, business administration, accounting, finance, information systems, computer engineering or related field (preferred) Minimum of three years' experience in cyber security, ideally within a global consulting firm or large technology company Strong people-leadership qualities, personal presence and the ability to engage senior client stakeholders Strategic mindset and understanding of how engagements fit into a broader business context Ability to communicate with structure, clarity and precision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Resilience and agility to respond to setbacks Proficiency across more than one cyber security area (e.g., risk assessment, frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO / IEC) Compensation & Application Salary: A$130,000 – A$175,000 per annum.
