Primary Purpose This is a site-based role where success hinges on your ability to inspire and engage the workforce, from operators to managers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a tailored site HSE plan. Manage the HSE management system. Oversee workers' compensation and injury management. Take a hands‑on, visible approach to driving meaningful HSE improvements. Lead investigations in collaboration with relevant site personnel. Champion an "everyone's responsible" HSE culture through high levels of communication and engagement. Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters. Liaise with regulatory authorities (including WorkSafe and EPA), contractors, and other stakeholders as required. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments. Contribute to the national HSE team agenda and collaborate with HSE peers. Experience We Seek We are seeking candidates who have successfully fulfilled a similar, senior site‑based role, preferably in manufacturing, and have a proven track record of elevating HSE culture from "good to great." A Diploma in Workplace Health & Safety is the minimum tertiary qualification. Candidates must demonstrate their ability to lead without authority in a stand‑alone capacity. Why Apply?
