The role Crown is the ultimate destination for luxury hotel experiences, with our three established brands Crown Towers, Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade offering unique experiences for all guests. As a Bell Captain, you’ll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and meaningful connections. Guided by Crown’s 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care . Ensure the smooth and effective day to day operations of the Bell Department by providing leadership to your team and delegating tasks. Supervising the team in the delivery and storage luggage as well as driveway management. Provide a personalised welcome by meeting and greeting all Hotel guests particularly VIP arrivals and handle any escalated guest complaints. About you You’ll bring the following: Experience in a similar position at a 5 Star hotel at a leadership or managerial level. Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Excellent people leadership skills and able to motivate a large team. To be successful, you’ll must: Hold a full unrestricted Australian driver’s license. Have flexibility over a 24/7 roster including weekends and public holidays. Additional Information Application closes: 19th Friday, November.
