Occupational Therapist – Transitional Aged Care Service (TACP) Applications Close: 27 November 2025 – 11:59pm Employment Type : Permanent Full Time Position Classification : Occupational Therapist Level 1 / 2 Remuneration : $76,364.08 - $108,943.12 pa (+ superannuation + salary packaging options) Location : Orange & Dubbo, NSW – Find out more Hours Per Week : 38 About The Role This role operates within the Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP), which provides short‑term, goal‑oriented support to older people following a hospital stay. The primary aim is to help individuals regain independence and improve functional capacity through tailored care delivered in the patient’s home. The position contributes to a multidisciplinary team focused on restoring health, mobility, and confidence during the transition from hospital to community living. You will work closely with members of the TACP team, Allied Health Team Leader and TACP Manager. The role is a new position with scope for using hybrid models of care delivery.
