Senior Conversational Designer at MYOB About The Role We’re reimagining how people interact with MYOB through natural language and AI. As a Conversational Designer (AI Experiences), you’ll craft the words, tone, and flow that shape how customers talk to and through our AI experiences. You’ll design intuitive, trustworthy, and human conversations that span chat interfaces, in-product assistants, micro‑prompts, and AI explanations. You will run discovery and work closely with our research and data specialists on measurement and the design of experiments based on customer behaviour to help us continuously shape and refine our AI models. You’ll work alongside designers, researchers, and engineers to turn complex technology into clear, empathetic dialogue that feels uniquely MYOB.
