Murrumbeena Football Netball Club – Murrumbeena VIC Role Overview The Bar Manager is responsible for stock management, rostering bar volunteers, and ensuring safe and compliant bar operations at the club. The role oversees club bar operations, ensuring smooth operation, compliance with licensing laws, and delivery on revenue and customer experience goals during Thursday night meals, Friday & Saturday games, and functions. Tasks Include Manage shifts, bar staffing, and ensure RSA compliance. Stock management: ordering stock, inventory management, supplier relations. Ensure accurate takings, secure handling of floats, and reconciliation with Treasurer. Time Required Approx. 8–10 hours per week during the season when there is a home game or function on the weekend; minimal hours during the off‑season. About You Holds a current RSA certificate (or willing to obtain one). Friendly, reliable, and organised. Strong communication and leadership skills. Enjoys being part of the club’s social atmosphere.
