Your potential is our inspiration.**Your Focus**The Marketing Manager, Food Ingredients will be tasked with the development and delivery of regional market insights through an outstanding and uncommon customer experience. Key responsibilities within this Marketing Manager position include local and regional engagement with customers, identifying trends, opportunities, initiatives and driving targeted marketing promotions, industry exposure and impactful communication.You will be ambitious, proactive and want to embrace and deliver productive change. You will have an ability to leverage real category insight, be curious about markets and consumers, and therefore produce relatable presentations that have commercial relevance along with innovative ideas that create an impactful experience.Good presentation skills and being comfortable when presenting to customers is a prerequisite.**How you will Contribute*** Drive local engagement with customers with powerful storytelling, compelling ideas, and meaningful ways to connect.* Provide market analysis and the generation of insights on markets, new potential customers, brands, food and beverage products and ingredients and associated recommendations for the business.* To support pro-active and reactive customer-driven projects in a way that significantly increases the chances of generating and/or winning business opportunities.* To be a strategic partner for the Oceania region by bringing forward local insights, trends and identifying opportunities and relevant initiatives.* To deliver creative and impactful communication (internally and externally), support marketing communication and owned + industry event management when needed (exhibitions, conferences, customer seminars, communication planning etc.).**What you will need to be successful*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or any other relevant discipline.* A minimum of 5-8 years of marketing experience, B2B or B2C, in food ingredient industry or food industry FMCG.* Strong communication and presentation skills. Work well with cross-functional teams and lead project execution at local market level.
